About the event

Your are invited to an elevated dinner hosted by a collaboration of talented and awarded culinary artitsts. Monday 18th, we will be hosting a private dinner event, which will take our guests on a culinary adventure through an infused 8 course dinner with paired cocktails. Limited availability!

COLLABORATORS

@gamaray21 - Originally from California, Chef Frank Gama was raised in a small farm in the Santa Cruz Mountains. His favorite childhood memories revolve around family gatherings and holiday feasts. His culinary career started Alexander's Stakehouse in Cupertino, CA, where he met his mentor; Erik Romme, who he helped open an award winning gastropub in 2016. In 2019, he was Sous Chef of Atelier Crenn, a Three Michelin Star and World's 50 Best Restaurant. Where he hones his skills and had the opportunity to work with some of the world's best chefs. Most recently, he has been Sous Chef of One Michellin Star restaurant; Sorrel in San Francisco's Pacific Heights.

@chefaguilera - Chef Victor Aguilera, founder and ownder of Arepas en Bici and ChefAguilera both based in San Francisco, CA. Started serving Venezuelan traditional dishes and delivering them by bicycle all over San Francisco after being layed off during the pandemic. Chef Aguilera has been published by SFeater, SF Chronicle, and Hoodline. He has also made apperances on KTVU, Fox News, Telemundo, Good Morning America, and recently became Chopped420 champion; Food Networks first approach to cannabis. Since then, Chef Aguilera has been hosting private events and cannabis infused dinners, elevating his traditonal cuisine and taking you on a tour of flavors that inspire comfort. 

@trife666life - Curtis Hayes, the Parlor Manager at the Monarch Bar, has been living in Kansas City, MO for the last 2 years. Originally hailing from Seattle, WA, by way of Santa Cruz, CA. He has worked in the bar/restaurant for 12 years, and doesn't plan to stop being involved with the industry any time soon. Despite being 23 years sober, his love of spirits (whisky specifically) is unparallel. And his constant urge to push cocktails to the max of his culinary techniques, set a definite manifesto for his style of drinks and hospitality. He is a lover of the finer things in life, the coined phase "Rolls Royce s*** only" sums up his personality. Prepared to get a little weird and a whole lot decatent as we take you on a culinary odyssey.

@jewelsgfcafe - Justine Trujillo, owner and Chef of Jewel's Cafe, is a local foodie and entrepreneur. Having organized and successfully operated different concepts in Phoenix, AZ (Hot Chicken Throw Down, Table Four Twenty, True Tacos), will host a night of rich cultural heritage of American-Latinx chefs.
