@trife666life - Curtis Hayes, the Parlor Manager at the Monarch Bar, has been living in Kansas City, MO for the last 2 years. Originally hailing from Seattle, WA, by way of Santa Cruz, CA. He has worked in the bar/restaurant for 12 years, and doesn't plan to stop being involved with the industry any time soon. Despite being 23 years sober, his love of spirits (whisky specifically) is unparallel. And his constant urge to push cocktails to the max of his culinary techniques, set a definite manifesto for his style of drinks and hospitality. He is a lover of the finer things in life, the coined phase "Rolls Royce s*** only" sums up his personality. Prepared to get a little weird and a whole lot decatent as we take you on a culinary odyssey.
